Order Processing & Estimated Delivery
For in-stock items available for your delivery destination, estimated processing and dispatch takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is estimated at 5–7 business days after dispatch, or approximately 6–9 business days overall. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Processing covers preparing and handing the parcel to the carrier. Transit begins after dispatch. A shipping label or tracking number alone does not confirm carrier handover. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking and delivery estimate.
Availability & Replenishment
Availability depends on the exact model, colour and delivery destination. The normal estimate applies only to items confirmed in stock for your destination. If an item is awaiting replenishment, its specific dispatch estimate takes precedence. Grey Classic D1+ (D27) replenishment arrived at our warehouse on October 29, 2026. Orders are processed after suitable stock and destination availability have been confirmed. Existing backorders are handled individually according to each customer's confirmed choice; warehouse stock receipt does not mean every backorder has been dispatched.
Address Checks & Order Assistance
If stock, address verification or a delivery restriction affects an order, we will email the customer with the latest available timing and options to wait, change to an available product, or cancel unshipped items for a refund. If an updated estimate does not suit you, reply to our email or contact support@dreamegg.com with your order number.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
• PO Boxes
• APO / FPO / DPO addresses

International Shipping
Dreamegg currently ships to selected countries and regions, and we're continuously expanding our shipping coverage.
If shipping is unavailable to your location, our products may still be available through Amazon or authorized retail partners in your region.
Duties & Taxes
Orders may be fulfilled from local warehouses or regional fulfillment centers whenever possible.
Applicable duties, taxes, or import fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout or determined according to local regulations in the destination country or region.
